¡Llegó 3 Day Split con Autumn Calabrese!

¿Quién dice que tienes que hacer ejercicio todos los días para obtener resultados? Con el nuevo miniprograma 3 Day Split de Autumn Calabrese, podrás quemar grasa y aumentar la fuerza y resistencia de todo tu cuerpo con solo 30 a 50 minutos al día, tres días por semana. Al final de las 4 semanas, te sentirás imparable.

¿Por qué debería probar 3 Day Split?

3 Day Split es un miniprograma diseñado para cualquier persona que quiera obtener resultados de cuerpo entero con solo 3 rutinas de entre 30 y 50 minutos por semana. Ya sea que apenas estés comenzando a hacer ejercicio o que te ejercites hace tiempo, el estilo de entrenamiento único de Autumn te alentará a mantener la motivación para darlo todo en cada movimiento, sudar sin parar y lograr tus objetivos.

¿Cómo son las rutinas?

Durante cuatro semanas, harás tres rutinas simples pero efectivas por semana que te ayudarán a lograr resultados. Y comenzar con 3 Day Split es muy fácil: solo necesitas un set de mancuernas. Autumn te ayudará a trabajar el cuerpo entero con seis tipos de rutinas diferentes:

  • Build Up: enfocada en trabajar los hombros, los brazos, el pecho y la espalda, sumado a intervalos de recuperación de cardio activo para optimizar el crecimiento muscular y la resistencia.
  • Base Camp: solo cinco movimientos y tres rondas para trabajar glúteos, isquiotibiales, cuádriceps y pantorrillas. ¡Prepárate para sentir el ardor en la parte inferior del cuerpo!
  • Front Focused: con pesas más pesadas para trabajar los músculos frontales (en especial, pectorales, bíceps y cuádriceps) antes de terminar con un ejercicio final para esculpir el core.
  • Rear View: cambia el foco a la parte posterior del cuerpo con ejercicios que se centran en tu “cadena posterior”, ayudándote a desarrollar fuerza, potencia y estabilidad que podrás aprovechar más allá de tus rutinas.
  • Power Sculpt: con movimientos combinados que involucran varios músculos de distintas articulaciones, esta rutina de resistencia para todo el cuerpo encenderá tu metabolismo mientras desarrollas fuerza de pies a cabeza.
  • High 5’s Cardio: deja las mancuernas a un lado para esta sesión de cardio que solo requiere el peso corporal. Son dos circuitos de cinco movimientos que te dejarán sudando, sonriendo y sintiéndote más fuerte que nunca.
