Bolitas de Pastel de Shakeology de Moca con Menta

Porciones: 6 porciones, 1 bola de pastel c/u

Ingredientes

  • 2 porciones de Shakeology de Peppermint Mocha
  • 4 dátiles sin hueso 
  • 30 g / ¼ de taza de harina de almendras 
  • 60 ml / ¼ de taza de leche de almendras sin endulzante 
  • 6 palitos de paleta  
  • 30 g / ¼ de taza de chispas de chocolate semiamargo (o amargo) 
  • 2 cditas de aceite de coco 

Instrucciones

  1. Combine Shakeology, dátiles, harina de almendras y leche de almendras en un procesador de alimentos; cubrir. Pulse hasta que se formen migajas finas, raspando los lados según sea necesario.  
  2. Forme seis bolas iguales con la mezcla; Inserte un palito de paleta en el centro de cada uno, presionando la bola firmemente alrededor del palito. Deje de lado. 
  3. Agregue chispas de chocolate y aceite de coco a un tazón pequeño apto para microondas; Cocine en el microondas a temperatura alta durante 30 segundos. Revuelva y luego cocine en el microondas durante 30 segundos más si es necesario. 
  4. Sumerge cada bola de pastel en la mezcla de chocolate para cubrirla. Colóquelo en un soporte para bolas de pastel (consulte las instrucciones a continuación) o colóquelo en un plato forrado con papel pergamino; Refrigere hasta que el chocolate se endurezca, aproximadamente 15 minutos.  
  5. Transfiera a un recipiente hermético y refrigere por hasta 4 días o congele por hasta 1 mes. 

Consejos: 

  • Para decorar las bolas de pastel, inmediatamente después de bañarlas en chocolate, sumérjalas en nueces finamente picadas, migas de galletas Graham o hojuelas de coco finamente picadas. Los ingredientes adicionales afectarán la información nutricional. 
  • Agregue un color festivo colocando hojuelas de coco finamente picadas en una bolsa de plástico con una o dos gotas de colorante para alimentos; masajee entre las yemas de los dedos hasta que el color se distribuya uniformemente.
