¿En qué se distingue 25 Minute Speed Train?

Con el entrenamiento de volumen dirigido entrenarás por tiempo, no por repeticiones fijas. Esto te permite ir a tu propio ritmo y mantener la postura correcta. A medida que progresas, las rutinas también lo hacen, desafiándote con intervalos de entrenamiento más largos, más tiempo bajo tensión y más movimientos compuestos.

Este enfoque de cuerpo completo ayuda a prevenir desequilibrios musculares, favorece el aumento sostenible de la fuerza y te ofrece un reto que puedes repetir y aumentar de nivel cada vez. Después de las primeras ocho semanas, repítelo y observa cómo haces más repeticiones con pesos más pesados.

Joel creó un programa integral de 8 semanas que incluye 48 rutinas únicas más 2 sesiones de recuperación que se alternan cada semana. Entrenarás los 7 días de la semana: 5 días de fuerza, 1 día de core y cardio, y 1 día de flexibilidad y movilidad.
