Vieillir fait partie de la vie, et la Super Trainer Lacee Green est bien déterminée à vous faire sentir en pleine forme à tout âge ! Avec l’aide de sa mère Betty, Lacee a créé For Active Aging Only spécialement pour l’« âge actif »(habituellement, au-dessus de 65 ans). Ces cinq séances d’entraînement de 30 minutes te mettront au défi, avec prudence, de conserver ou de regagner ta force et de booster ta santé cardiovasculaire, grâce à des séances simples et à faible impact.

Si tu souhaites rester suffisamment actif et indépendant pour réaliser toutes tes activités quotidiennes avec aisance, ce mini programme est fait pour toi ! Essaie-le tout seul ou reprends les rênes de Lacee et entraîne-toi avec un ami ou un membre de ta famille. Avec les attitudes positives contagieuses de Lacee et Betty, tu te rendras même peut-être compte que cet entraînement est un défi amusant que tu attendras avec impatience.

Ces séances d’entraînement sont conçues pour avoir un faible impact sur tes articulations, tout en t’aidant à développer une masse musculaire maigre et à améliorer ta santé cardiovasculaire. Et tout ce dont tu as besoin pour commencer, ce sont des haltères et une chaise solide facultative.
