Hacerse mayor es parte natural de la vida y la superentrenadora Lacee Green está decidida a hacerte sentir bien en cualquier edad. Con ayuda de su madre Betty, Lacee creó For Active Aging Only específicamente para los adultos mayores activos (por lo general, las personas mayores a 65 años).
