Paletas heladas de fresa y menta

September 2, 2024 BODi

Tiempo total: 10 min + 4 h tiempo de enfriamiento
Tiempo de preparación: 10 min
Tiempo de cocción: ninguno
Porciones: 4 porciones de 1 paleta c/u

Ingredientes

  • 180 ml / ¾  taza de agua 
  • 70 g / ½  taza de fresas frescas (o congeladas) 
  • 2 porciones de Shakeology de fresa
  • 2 cdas. de jugo fresco de lima
  • 2 cdas. de menta fresca picada

Instrucciones

  1. Coloca el agua, las fresas, las porciones de Shakeology, el jugo de lima fresco y la menta en la licuadora; tápala. Licúa hasta lograr una consistencia suave. 
  2. Divide en cantidades iguales en cuatro moldes para paletas heladas; congela por al menos 4 horas o hasta que estén listas. 
  3. Sirve de inmediato o guárdalas en un recipiente hermético en el congelador por hasta 1 mes.
